Brekkie2U will provide a refund on request in the following circumstances…

  • If we fail to deliver the correct food as ordered and any food we have delivered is not suitable as an alternative.
  • If we fail to deliver within the timescale we indicated at the time of ordering and the time we did deliver was unsuitable.
  • If the food is not of an acceptable quality.

Please bear in mind that the food we supply is custom made in response to your own order and we therefore cannot refund if you simply change your mind or if your circumstances change such that you cannot make use of what you ordered.
